"I started Sleep Talk training with my two young daughters, aged 2 & 5, around 4 weeks ago. I am thrilled with several changes I have noticed since beginning. My youngest has shown more resilience in public, is adapting better to sharing, and to being left with other caregivers. We have had significantly less temper outbursts. If an outburst does occur she is much more manageable. No longer are they “stand offs” rather more about her requiring an explanation and or a rationalization that makes sense to her. I am so proud of her and her advancements.
"My oldest now runs into her classroom, where previously she cried and begged me not to send her 3 to 4 out of 5 days a week. She admits she now likes dance class, which she had previously resisted. Most significantly she is requesting her pacifier (I know she’s 5, we are working on it, her pacifier is literally her security blanket) only at bedtime or sporadically after school, previously she would request them non stop while at home. I am also very happy to have taken proactive and potentially preventative measures to help my children, before starting Sleep Talk training with the girls I was completely unsure of how I could help them with some of their struggles. I fell very pleased to now be able to provide them with the strength and self confidence they deserve. I too feel more confident, knowing that I am giving them more then I previously was able to."

Spectrum autism, sibling rivalry
"As the parent of a 10 year-old child with autism, I found a marked improvement in my daughter's level of self-acceptance, personal interactions with family members, and compliance with day-to-day responsibilities - all of which I noticed after using SleepTalk for only 6 weeks! Transitions are smoother and result in less meltdowns than in the past. Morning and bedtime routines have become easier. Sibling rivalry has decreased between the girls and usually I no longer need to step in every time when they fall out with each other. Their sharing is much improved.I am excited about these changes as they are a benefit to the whole family."

Shyness, social anxiety, unhappy in school, poor sleep
"My 6-yearr old who would never speak in class made a presentation to her class and the entire school after only 8 weeks of SleepTalk! And if she goes to the bathroom at night she goes right back to her bed and sleep. And she came home two days in a row from school and said: 'Mommy I didn't cry all day in school today!'”

Confidence in sports, anxiety, tantrums, moodiness
"Kris, Just wanted to update you on my 5-year old. People have been commenting on how much F. is talking to them now and my sister said he seems so much more happy. He's taken off in soccer. Like a switch was turned on and he plays with such confidence. We are so far on day 8 with no temper tantrums and what previously would have been a temper tantrum now quickly simmers down. We've noticed a huge change in him. I'm happy with what's happening so far and the feedback from others!"

Tantrums, sleep habits, separation anxiety, fear of the dark
“I am thrilled. After only 6 weeks, my 3 year old’s separation anxiety was reduced dramatically and her tantrums in public have all but disappeared. After 8 weeks, both girls themselves asked to go to sleep in their own bed and join us only when waking during the night. She will also use our bathroom without me having to go in first and turn the lights on.”

“I have used the Goulding process for over thirty five years. This is not a therapy and does not involve taking medications – just a commonsense approach to parenting. I started with my daughter Monique, whose formative years benefited greatly with 'Sleep Talk', giving her self-confidence, security and love. Monique now uses this incredible programme on her own children with wonderful results. One day when discussing her childhood and SleepTalk™, she told me when she was a little girl, she would sometimes hear me come into her room and would pretend to be asleep, because she loved hearing me tell her all those positive things that made her feel, peaceful, happy, loved and very safe!
Now three generations, and thirty five years later, I know my grandchildren will continue using this miraculous process to help them achieve their goals and aspirations, to teach others how a happy and healthy mind can help overcome many of life's obstacles that may come our way. SleepTalk™ is one of the most valuable and credible processes that I have encountered in over thirty five years, and is suitable for children of all ages and stages of development.”
